Galvanised Automatic Poultry Feeder

Galvanised Automatic Poultry Feeder – 11.5kg | Ideal for Garden Chicken Coops

If you're serious about keeping chickens in the UK, a reliable automatic poultry feeder is one of the best upgrades you can make to your garden chicken coop. This galvanised steel treadle feeder holds 11.5kg of feed, protecting it from rain, damp, and pests while cutting down on daily maintenance.

Designed specifically with UK weather and garden setups in mind, this garden chicken feeder uses a weighted step-open treadle mechanism — the trough only opens when a bird steps onto the platform, then seals shut automatically. That means no more soggy feed after a downpour, and no more rats, mice, or wild birds raiding your supply overnight.

Key Features:

• 11.5kg galvanised steel hopper
• Auto-close treadle mechanism (pest and rat deterrent)
• Adjustable sensitivity for different bird weights
• Weatherproof, rust-resistant build
• Non-slip textured step platform
• Easy-fill, wide-opening lid
